  I bought my wife's wedding and engagement ring here and they were very friendly! Their selection is great and they were very professional yet authentic. About 7 months after we bought the rings we realized our ring cleaner had spilled in our cabinet and when we went back the pay for a replacement, they gave another to us for no charge! We also lost a small diamond from the engagement ring and they replaced it with a diamond of equal value with no charge.
