  This is directed at lowes carpet installers and of course Lowes backing them. So new carpet coming. I have a dachound and like anyone who has one knows they will from time to time decide inside is a better place then out side to have a accident. Of course we alwasys clean that spot with a carpet cleaner. Its a light color carpet. Well after time like anyyhing you will get a spot there. Lowes is offering free removal of carpet. However because of a pet stain thay does not apply to me. They said " it will dirty the carpet truck ". I said fine. Pull it up and leave it the yard. The installer did not like this loop hole. She said well now its a health hazard. I seem to be doing jusy fine with ny health over the spot that has been clranned and dried for months. My point is they do not want to do what lowes is offer. Carpet bought from homedepot never had this issue. Always watch for loopholes on lowes free install.
