  I love my Evansville, IN Macy's, so my reviews will always be positive! With this being said, Sabrina, in the shoe department was especially helpful and sweet. Macy's is always my place to go for selection and service!

  Macy's is my absolute favorite place to shop; however, there are a couple of employees in the ladies department at the Evansville location who need to take a class on customer service and friendliness. I understand customer service can be frustrating at times and that everyone has problems outside of work, but when those frustrations make customers feel uncomfortable and like a nuisance, attitudes need to change.
