  Ordered business cards. Store never called to say they were ready. I requested to have them shipped to me for which I would happily pay for the shipping via credit card in advance or by check to the store. Store response: we can't do that. Plan B - send them internally to another Office Depot. Response: we can't do that either. Customer response: eat the cost of already printing the cards and I will take my business elsewhere. Good business sense??? Simple folks in Evansville - just clueless about good service and how the rest of the world operates! Stay out of this store; it's less drama for your life.

  I have been standing in line now for (10) minutes and no one is waiting on me. Evidently, only one guy can run a Register. Their employees are walking by totally ignoring me.
