  Definitely the worst pest control in Evansville. I have never had such incompetent workmanship from a supposed "specialist" that came to treat my home for mice. The "specialist" comes to put down four baited traps and after telling her that we have a basement she doesn't even go down to look. She just puts a trap on the top of the stairs. She supposedly sprays an anti-mouse solution around the outside of the house. I paid $178 to her with a promise that she'll be back to check on things free of charge. Now after 3 weeks of still having pest issues and no calls or check ups from Orkin I call the office to have them come back out. The same "specialist" comes and checks all the traps and says bewildered that all the traps are empty. Obviously I am upset and expect this "specialist " to find a solution to my problem. Is that what I got? No. I get told that we'll just have to wait and see. Now it's been well over a month and I still have pest issues. Called the office for a refund since I paid for a solution that I have not received. I was told a manager would call me back and now it's been over a week. This is supposed to be a national company of high quality pest control but this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. Total lack of customer service and apparently lack of knowledge on how to do anything but the ABC 123 steps of pest control that can be found in the pages of the how to control pests for dummies book. Please don't waste your money.
