  Pat does a good job altering. Pat is NOT good with meeting deadlines. Told item would be ready certain day, showed up day specified and she hadnt even touched item. Pat tells me to come back another specific day/time. I arrive that day and once again she hadnt even touched item. Finally, I said I would wait while she made alterations because I did not want to make another trip across town. I was not a happy customer!!
