  I had broken the fan in my computer, and went to PCQuest to get it fixed. First visit, I dropped it off and told them "the fan is broken". Paid to have them look at it, paid again when they said it was fixed. Only two weeks later I find out they didn't listen to me the first time, and only fixed part of the issue. When I went back in to ask why they didn't fix it the first time, the lovely customer representative was too busy talking to a friend and didn't even speak to me until after he printed an invoice for the next visit, as if I had even told him I wanted to have them pretend to fix it again. Sure, the people there are real nice, but I don't appreciate thinking I paid to get something FIXED once, only to be hit with the fact that they just slapped a bandaid on it. Basically, if you want an issue fixed right the first time, go somewhere else.
