I have been having issues with my laptop charging for years and thought my port completely crapped out. Turns out I was wrong. It was a much simpler fix of the charger being broken (which I had recently replaced so I didn't think it would be that). Not only did they give me honest answers to what was wrong with it, but they went out of their way to search online at local stores to help me find the cheapest and exact charger I needed! I will ALWAYS take my business back to them after this. (This was the Evansville west side store-haven't been to any others)
