  Worst tuxedo rental experience ever. My husband has been in several weddings over the years, and never have we received such horrible customer service. First, it was the most expensive tux he has ever rented, and apparently when they take your measurements initially, it is a waste of time. Due to his travel schedule, he was unable to pick it up early, and the pants were 6" too short, shirt sleeves 6" too long, no suspenders, no neck extender, no cuff links, and when he called to discuss this with management, they ensured this was normal. For a bridal party to include 13 tux rentals, you would think there would be some due diligence, but unfortunately we were not the only ones to have issues or a bad experience. So Evansville brides beware, even if you might get your dress from Bridal Warehouse, stay away from their counterpart Tuxedo Avenue.
